Amazon Music Unlimited
Global Launch
BACKGROUND
As part of the EU design team based in Munich and London we were responsible for all key marketing materials for the Q4 2016 launch of Amazon Music Unlimited. This second streaming service offered Amazon customers access to 40 million songs and has since been expanded to original series, audio books and podcasts. This service was targeted at a different audience segment than Prime Music and therefore meant research into their streaming behaviour, genre and other available first party information. was necessary to make sure the imagery we created resonated with our audience.
SOLUTION
Shot over two days in London, we created over 40 images for use in Amazon's launch key visual communications in the US, UK and German markets. A selection was retained and also reused for the launch of the service in the French, Italian and Spanish markets in 2017.
Launch Marketing Material
As part of the global launch for Amazon Music Unlimited our motif was used ATF on the Amazon homepage and as a home page take over, on Amazon specific placements such as Fire Tablet and sign-ups pages and on all launch materials. It was additionally used in ATL in paid social campaigns.
